The Swiss Association of Taiwan will celebrate this years National Day in a very special way:
On a yacht at sea!
For those who registered, please find below the exact location at the Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf’ (Pier no. 1) (淡水漁人碼頭).
Please keep in mind, there’s usually a lot of traffic on weekends around Tamsui, so don’t be late as the departure of the boat is 5 p.m.
Imagine yourself celebrating with us while watching the beautiful sunset not far off the Tamsui coast. Of course there will be the usual traditional food, which compromises itself of cold cuts (Bündnerfleisch), sausages, finger noodles (Schüpfnudeln), Raclette with potatoes, swiss gruyère cheese and drinks.
As many people are on holidays during the beginning of the month we will hold the celebration on the 13th of August starting 5 PM at the Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf’ (Pier no. 1) (淡水漁人碼頭).
Please note that capacity on the boat is quite limited, and we expect it to be sold out quickly, so we have to give priority to those members who have paid (or pay ASAP) their annual dues for 2016. If you’re not sure if you have paid your dues, please contact Robert Campbell, the SAT Treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
